Autodesk Fusion 360
Autodesk Fusion 360 is a CAD program comparable to Autodesk's AutoCAD program. Fusion 360 was designed for use in rapid product design and manufacturing. The cloud based PLM functions makes rapid iterations of products easy and organized.
I began using Fusion 360 sometime in 2016 while it was free access for testing. At the time, I was unimpressed by the lackluster interface and buggy performance. However, after graduating in May 2018 and losing my student access to SOLIDWORKS, Fusion 360 was streamlined to the point where performance was no longer an issue. Fusion 360 became my go-to CAD program for 3d printing projects until I began learning Blender in 2020.
See the following projects that demonstrate my experience with Fusion 360.
